Ethical Iphone hacker

I have a teenager that is refusing to let me see or take her phone. I suspect that she is talking to and going to places that could be dangerous. I am needing someone to either get me access to look at and track her iphone or get her icloud credentials so that I can login online. I was told that I can legally do this since she’s my child and living with me. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
