Job description

Hello! I’ve lost access to my instagram account after getting a new phone. I have lost access to both the recovery phone number (old phone number) as well as the recovery email (forgot password, still know the full email though). I need help getting access back into my account. I can give you my gmail or username, whichever is easier and quickest. Please help me out!
