Mailing Lists

I need a hacker to get email lists from 4 organizations (email scraping ) and since they are all encrypted I need someone who can locate the encryption key or figure outwit commercially available key is being used to decrypt..many say this cannot be done but perhaps to can, the list Randels from 350K to 4M emails.
