I need help. At my wits end. My BIL got involved with this psycho who has been stalking and harassing our family for almost 5 years. She stole his laptop and subsequently has access to all of his socials , bank accounts, email accounts etc. she has stolen tens of thousands of dollars and maintains multiple social media pages defaming him and our family and uses his google account and email pretending to be him. We have called the police and they keep bouncing us back and forth because she’s in Fl and we’re in NY saying the other state has to handle it. We retained a lawyer who sent her 2 cease and desist letters and she won’t stop. She has now moved on to my underage nephew and my 20 something children and is harassing and stalking them. To get an idea of her craziness look at Facebook.com/matt.mendrala.524nothing but delusions and lies. She changed the name of the page but not the url so you can see it was Matt’s page. We need to At the very least be able to regain control of his FB page to stop the defamation and harassment but if we could copy the hard drive of the laptop she stole to use as evidence to prosecute her and document all of the fake profiles she has made to stalk and harass us in all social media. Matt has the receipt for the laptop, it’s his and she broke into his house and robbed him. If the Google account could be disabled so she doesn’t have access that would help too. We are at our wits end.
