Hello, can you help me with my facebook account? It is locked. I can not log in to my account. I was in abroad in Malaysia in May and used local SIM card and I accidentally entered the wrong password three times. My phone surely took it like it was stolen. some of my apps stopped working. Later I could get access to most of them but facebook and messenger still not working. The system is asking me to enter a code from an authenticator app, but the authenticator doesn’t show any code as the authenticator hasnt been synchronized with my facebook before. I tried many times to restore my account via Facebook Help Center by uploading my ID also selfie and I got a message the facebook team will verify it and get back to me within 48 hours and still nothing happened. I tried many steps and instructions written on Help Center trying to recover my account, but nothing helped so far. I keep bumping into various issues. Either it keeps saying my device isnt trustworthy OR it says facebook sent some code to my email address added on my profile, but no code is received. Also sometimes after following some steps facebook says i need to confirm my identity by entering some code which they sent to my old iphone /7/ or to my computer /from which i have been singed into facebook before/. BUT again no message no notification nothing at all is received. Could you please help me with restoring my facebook account? Thank you. Would much appreciated.
